Business Analyst Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting Operations business units by analyzing data and providing insights to enable business leaders to make strategic decisions.

About the Role

  • This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about driving business growth and improvement through data analysis and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Analyze monthly data on warranty, logistics, and warehouse expenses to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with the Aftermarket team to provide support and implement cost-saving initiatives.
  3. Work closely with the Sales and Quality teams to ensure seamless operations and effective issue resolution.
  4. Present monthly results to the Operations Director and regional teams, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  5. Develop and maintain reporting systems for operations and warranty costs to ensure accurate capture and reporting.
  6. Liaise with stakeholders to gather information and clarify requirements.
  7. Implement processes aimed at driving cost savings and improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a commercial finance environment, preferably from a Big 4 Audit Firm.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with finance and non-finance professionals.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, with a CA or CPA qualification or membership.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Experience with Power BI and SAP would be highly regarded.
