Job Title: Client Experience Strategist

Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Manager to lead our efforts in designing, implementing, and streamlining a seamless client journey. This role will collaborate closely with the Clinical Quality Team and cross-functional leaders to leverage data insights and drive change initiatives that deliver measurable improvements in client experience, satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic plans to enhance client experience through process mapping, analysis, and redesign.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement and communication efforts to ensure successful adoption of new processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement measurable process improvements.
  • Analyze data insights to inform business decisions and drive growth.
Requirements
  • 5-10 years of progressive experience in business transformation, change management, or management consulting.
  • Proven track record of leading business transformation initiatives across functions with measurable ROI.
  • Experience developing and executing change management to drive adoption of new processes.
  • Strong understanding of change management frameworks and data analytics tools.
  • Ability to lead through influence without direct authority and work autonomously while collaborating effectively with others.
