What We're Looking For

Certificate III in Aged Care, Individual Support or equivalent

Minimum 12 months experience in aged care (residential or home care)

A genuine passion for caring for others

Current Police Check and COVID vaccinations

Excellent communication and reliability

Ability to work independently and with a team

What You'll Be Doing

Supporting residents with daily living tasks such as hygiene, mobility, and meals

Providing companionship and emotional support

Assisting with documentation and reporting

Working collaboratively with RNs and ENs to ensure the best outcomes for residents

Maintaining dignity, respect, and compassion in all aspects of care
