Job Description

This role is for a highly skilled Nurse who will help care for our residents' health and overall quality of life.

The successful candidate will provide personalised clinical care and an empathetic approach to positively impact their lives.

Your Responsibilities May Include:
  • Providing clinical care to our residents.
  • Managing and supervising care workers to ensure they meet our high standards.
  • Undertaking client assessments to understand their needs.
  • Monitoring clients' care needs, evaluating care plans, and making adjustments as necessary.
  • Providing treatment as required.
To Be Successful You Will Have:
  • A Bachelor of Nursing degree and current AHPRA registration.
  • Knowledge of clinical issues related to ageing, including dementia-related disorders and management of challenging behaviours.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships with our residents and their families.
  • An empathetic and passionate approach to supporting older Australians to live their best life.
  • Experience working as a registered nurse in an aged care centre environment.
