Job Title: Healthcare Professional

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate healthcare professional to join our team in delivering high-quality nursing care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing person-centered care to patients, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients, promoting patient safety and well-being.
  • Supervise and support junior nurses to develop their skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to maintain and enhance your clinical skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with best practices and industry developments.
Selection Criteria:
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated competencies in and knowledge of the complexities and challenges involved in providing nursing care in the context of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing workload effectively.
