Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Overnight Shift Leader to join our team at our Box Hill store. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for motivating and engaging our team, championing our food safety and quality standards, and delivering exceptional service to our customers.

As a natural-born multitasker with management experience in hospitality, customer-facing roles, and other fast-paced environments, you'll thrive in our dynamic and fast-paced environment. Your incredible attention-to-detail and accuracy skills will ensure that our high standards are met, and your confident communication skills will help you handle challenging situations with ease.

We're looking for someone who is eager to learn, willing to put in the effort to do their best work, and determined to work with their fellow crew and management team to achieve success in the restaurant and hit our KPIs. If you're a team player with a passion for delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you

Requirements
  • Management experience in hospitality, customer-facing roles, and/or other fast-paced environments
  • Natural-born multitasker with incredible attention-to-detail and accuracy skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to handle challenging situations
  • Eager to learn and willing to put in the effort to do your best work
  • Determined to work with your fellow crew and management team to achieve success in the restaurant and hit our KPIs
  • Completed or willing to complete a Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) course in Victoria and a First Aid course (HLTAID011) within the last three years
