We are hiring travel experts to join our business services team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on planning and executing smooth travel experiences for colleagues and guests worldwide. The ideal candidate will be a skilled forward planner, able to manage multiple tasks and ensure timely payments and refunds for travel.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with colleagues to address travel queries and issues
  • Working with the wider business services team to plan company and industry events
  • Holding travel vendors accountable for providing excellent service
  • Checking invoices to ensure accurate charges and timely payments
  • Monitoring trends, spend, emissions and compliance with company policy
  • Tracking unused tickets, credits and airline points usage

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be reliable and determined, and be willing to assume responsibility for projects and processes.
