Job Title: Environmental Project Coordinator

The Environmental Project Coordinator plays a crucial role in the successful delivery of eco-friendly store concepts. This key team member is responsible for coordinating projects, ensuring sustainable practices, and verifying green submissions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To collate and submit documentation in support of environmental initiatives
  • To collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery
  • To maintain accurate information and update records accordingly
  • To assist the Project Manager with the management of quotes, budgets, and administration duties
  • To organize and maintain store project files and general documents
  • To assist with construction coordination and ensure compliance with local policies

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • A passion for sustainability and environmental conservation
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong administrative and coordination abilities with attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel background preferred)
  • Effective communication skills for working with various levels of staff
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage confidential information
