National Business Development Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a National Business Development Manager to build business relationships and enhance sales in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a core strategic approach to expand the Automated Logic Brand in Australia.
- Identify and convert new opportunities for total solutions and product sales.
- Provide business management consulting services, market solutions, and system solutions while promoting our capabilities and extensive product range.
- Maintain strong product and market knowledge.
- Promote a positive approach within the industry in relation to our product range and new initiatives.
- Ensure all solutions submissions are prepared, checked, and entered client submissions.
- Maintain a network of industry intelligence to ensure competitiveness and professional presentation of proposals.
- Provide regular updates to the General Manager with client and industry feedback.
- Timely submission of sales and order forecasts as required.
- Delivery of pipeline, booking, sales, and gross margin targets.
- Leadership in the implementation of business development strategies and other projects.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Strong knowledge of business management consulting services, HVAC, and similar industries.
- Proven track record of sales within the industry.
- The ability to build long-term pipelines.
- An existing network of contacts in the marketplace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
