Overview

Job Title: Team Leader
  • This is a leadership role at an award-winning global outsourcer providing contact center and back office services.

The team is responsible for assisting international healthcare companies with providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include overseeing a team of agents, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, experience in a call centre environment, strong communication and computer skills, motivated to deliver and achieve Key Performance Indicator's (KPI's), strong attention to detail, complaint-handling experience is an advantage, and ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers.

We are seeking a skilled leader to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of customer contact officers to ensure high-quality customer interactions
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance and customer satisfaction
  • Coach and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Customer Contact Officer or Team Leader
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in a call centre environment
  • Strong communication and computer skills
  • Motivated to deliver and achieve KPI's
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Complaint-handling experience is an advantage
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of customers
