Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify high-quality leads from industry-focused databases.
  • Evaluate leads to determine their potential based on specific criteria.
  • Research and capture key decision-maker details, securing multiple contacts when necessary.
  • Engage with qualified prospects via phone or email to understand project parameters and specific requirements.
  • Conduct targeted outreach efforts to decision-makers, followed by relevant information and support.
  • Lay the foundation for building long-term relationships with prospective customers.
  • Monitor project timelines and progress consistently, ensuring proactive follow-ups.
  • Determine the right time to transition projects to the Field Sales team for further action.
  • Meet KPIs by generating high-quality leads through effective outbound efforts.
  • Maintain an updated prospect database and provide valuable insights on market trends, customer needs, and project status.
  • Set professional benchmarks in communication and telesales effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with training to enhance personal and professional skills.
  • Support broader business objectives as directed by management.
