Opal Territory Sales Manager

Expand your sales expertise in our dynamic packaging team.

This challenging role will focus on developing and growing a customer base in Central West NSW, covering key regions including Orange, Bathurst, Lithgow, Dubbo, and Young. You'll work remotely with a sales manager based at Pemulwuy, NSW, to achieve business objectives.

You will be responsible for:

  1. Establishing strong relationships with existing customers to retain them, offer a broad range of consumables solutions, increase share of wallet, and maximize margins
  2. Developing and delivering customer solutions with a focus on solution-selling approach
  3. Prospecting and securing new business opportunities within your territory

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. An established track record of developing and winning new business, building relationships, and growing customer bases in competitive markets
  2. Resilience, persistence, energy, and passion
  3. Experience managing and expanding a customer base in a competitive environment
  4. Experience selling business consumables and services, technical sales, or trade sales background
  5. CRM experience, preferably with Microsoft Dynamics 365
