Key Responsibilities:
  • Arrange appointments for colleagues
  • Manage telephony and mail, compile data and perform word processing tasks, and liaise with other departments within the organization
Requirements:

A college diploma in administration or equivalent experience in financial services, secretarial work, or customer service is required. Knowledge of the telephone system, written French proficiency, and bilingual skills are necessary.
