We are seeking an experienced and motivated professional to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced retail environment where no two days are ever the same.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the successful and efficient running of the store. This includes:

  • Supporting the Store Manager to operate an effective and profitable store
  • Assisting the Store Manager to develop and foster a customer-focused culture through the execution of sales, service, and compliance initiatives
  • Inspiring and leading a diverse team of passionate individuals to reach set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and sales targets
  • Supporting the Store Manager to train, mentor, and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
  • Crafting a memorable shopping experience for each and every customer

To be successful in this role, you will need to have established experience in a customer-focused role as either a supervisor or assistant manager, preferably in a retail environment. You will also need to have exceptional people and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and rally a team to build sales while supporting a culture of openness, courage, and joyfulness.

You will have demonstrated experience working to targets and KPIs and fostering a high-performance culture. A genuine passion for our products and what we stand for as a business is essential.
