About the Role
You'll be responsible for:

  1. Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of skin, laser, and dermal therapists.
  2. Overseeing clinic operations, ensuring exceptional service and clinical standards.
  3. Driving clinic performance by managing KPIs, targets, and revenue growth.
  4. Nurturing strong client relationships and building on our loyal clientele.
  5. Partnering closely with the Franchise Owner to align on business strategy and success.

  • Proven leadership experience in a clinical, retail or beauty environment.
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to drive and exceed KPIs.

Location: Bondi Junction (car park available)
