Senior Beauty Operations Manager

As a Senior Beauty Operations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of a high-performing clinic, driving a passionate team to deliver outstanding results for clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Motivate your team to excel in their roles and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Oversee smooth clinic operations, managing staffing needs for optimal coverage
  • Deliver our Customer Value Proposition (CVP) to exceed client expectations
  • Drive clinic profitability and expansion through effective business strategies

We're looking for someone with:

  • Proven leadership and team management skills, with experience driving sales/business results and managing labor for a fast-paced business
  • Demonstrated experience in operating a high-performing market-leading location, with an emphasis on driving sales/revenue results
  • Proven ability to manage appointment bookings and handle phone and email inquiries efficiently
  • Business acumen and passion for the beauty industry, with a focus on delivering excellent client service and results
  • Experience being a true coach to team members, developing them and growing them to take the next step in their careers

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A singular focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and results
  • Experience in dental, optical, spas, hotels, clinical, or cosmetic aesthetics environments
