About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Catering Coordinator to join our Brisbane Operations team on a full-time basis. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional food and beverage service to our clients and staff, ensuring seamless delivery of all catering requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the Brisbane Catering Team and assist the Catering Manager in the delivery of internal and external client services.
  • Provide a high standard of food and beverage service, including coffee service, barista, and setting up/clearing for functions/meetings.
  • Work occasional morning and evening functions, and assist with the opening and closing of the client floor.
  • Coordinate and lead the Brisbane Catering Team, with support from the Catering Manager.

Requirements:

  • Certification in Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
  • 1-2 years' experience in a hospitality environment, with boardroom experience highly desirable.
  • Previous experience as a Catering Coordinator or similar guest relations experience.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional service to clients and staff.
  • Impeccable grooming standards and a professional phone manner.
  • Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evening and weekend shifts.
