We are seeking an accomplished educator to lead our teaching and learning communities.

  • The successful candidate will be dedicated to inspiring student learning and excellence in education.
About the Role

This position involves delivering classes, assessing student achievements and providing academic support across various courses.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop a well-defined teaching philosophy that motivates students;
  • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses according to university policies;
  • Design educational activities and resources, assessments and feedback using suitable approaches and environments;
  • Experiment with innovative teaching methods with senior academic support;
  • Sustain student progress through individual consultations and cohort advice;
  • Manage course administration as Course Authority, including quality assurance;
  • Maintain professional development in pedagogy, discipline knowledge and minimum accreditation requirements;
  • Participate in School meetings and seminars and contribute to committees as required;
  • Promote responsible management education and reflect principles in course outcomes and assurance processes.
Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A PhD in a relevant field or equivalent experience with a focus on interdisciplinary studies;
  • Ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with discipline knowledge;
  • Demonstrated experience in teaching design, development and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level.
