Join Our Home Care Team

We are currently seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our home care team as part-time and casual workers.

As a mobile community care worker, you will be responsible for visiting clients' homes and providing services such as domestic assistance, personal care, and social support. A reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance is essential for this role.

You will be working in a supportive environment, backed by our coordinators and registered nurses who will provide training and necessary items to perform your duties effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance, personal care, and social support to elderly clients in their own homes
  • Visiting clients' homes regularly to assess their needs and provide required services
  • Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and services provided
  • Collaborating with coordinators and registered nurses to ensure seamless delivery of services

Key Requirements:

  • Compassionate nature and genuine interest in helping the elderly
  • Excellent communication skills and positive attitude
  • Cert III in Individual Support (Ageing / Disability) or equivalent qualification
  • Permanent Australian Resident
  • National Police Check or willingness to obtain
  • Current Flu Vaccination
  • Fully Vaccinated against COVID-19
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Open Australian Drivers Licence
  • Reliable, registered vehicle with comprehensive insurance
