Experienced Early Childhood Educator Wanted in Townsville

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our dynamic team at Educating Kids Early Learning Centre Domain and Kirwan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise kindergarten children, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality early childhood education and care.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs and activities that cater to individual needs and interests of kindergarten children.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, promoting open communication and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of children's learning and development, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Create a safe and inclusive environment where children can explore, learn, and grow while promoting their independence and self-esteem.
- Adhere to all policies, procedures, and regulations governing early childhood education and care.
Requirements:
- Graduate Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood and Care (or equivalent) is essential.
- Current first aid qualifications (including CPR, asthma, and anaphylaxis training).
- Valid blue card (or ability to obtain one).
- Demonstrated experience working within an early childhood setting.
- Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines and its application in practice.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning.
