We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to join our team as Assistant Director at Goodstart Early Learning in Townsville, QLD.

SalaryThe successful applicant will receive a competitive salary of $30-$37 per hour, plus superannuation. This rate is at least 7% above the award rate.
Job DescriptionIn this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in the leadership of the team to provide high-quality early learning and care. You will also mentor and build capabilities within the centre team, be responsible for the overall management of the centre in the Centre Director's absence, and use and implement the Goodstart Practice Guide.

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Diploma OR Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)
- Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification
