The estimated salary for this position is $32.23 per hour, plus superannuation and benefits, making it an attractive offer for professionals seeking a fulfilling career in early childhood education.
Job Description:
This full-time 38-hour per week role involves collaborating with the Senior Educator and Educational Leader to develop and implement educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of children. You will be responsible for observing, informing, and continuously improving our programs to ensure they are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children. Safety is paramount, and you will prioritize it in everything you do.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
- A current Queensland Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
