As an Associate Director, you will:
- Support the successful execution of several exciting projects to help NAB customers mitigate climate risk, reduce emissions, and improve operational efficiency.
- Enhance and develop new sustainable finance value propositions for customers and colleagues.
- Develop strategies to increase product uptake, including supporting bankers with prospects and existing client discussions.
- Support bankers on green product-related inquiries, hygiene, and maintenance of product frameworks and controls, reporting, and monitoring.
- Project management – responsible for developing detailed project schedules to ensure key projects are delivered within a controlled manner.
- Project communications management – provide targeted communication to all stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of dependencies, deliverables, and issues, and to measure and manage stakeholder expectations.
- Risk management – project-level risk and issue management and resolution, including escalation as required.
You will bring:
- Strong experience in business and product strategy, including growth strategy, go-to-market, and product design/development.
- A solid understanding of project management and processes across the project lifecycle.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to influence stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes within a matrix organization.
- Ability to be a natural problem solver while working in a changing environment that is highly regulated.
- Proven ability to form business relationships – both internal and external, as well as building appropriate networks, internally and externally.
