Growth Development Specialist

As a Growth Development Specialist, you will be responsible for developing long-term partnerships with key clients to drive adoption and expansion of our solutions within the Emarsys platform.

You will leverage these relationships to drive customer growth and ensure timely delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full account management life cycle for growth opportunities.
  • B/build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters specific to your strategic client engagements.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (ideally with specialization in CRM).
  • 3 years' experience in Account Management and online marketing.
  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong technical background with focus on online marketing.
  • Knowledge of HTML is an advantage.

Work Environment:

This role involves working primarily in a flexible remote and office environment with occasional travel required.
