About this role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal part in our success story. Working in partnership with the business, you will be responsible for sourcing and assessing great talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Source, qualify, and match candidates to defined profiles and specific open requisitions across assigned Business Units.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming and maintaining a relationship with hiring managers.
  • Gather, analyze, and present market data decks to influence stakeholders on hiring decisions.
  • Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 2 – 4 years' experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role with a focus on data analytics roles.
  • A consistent track record of success in a metrics or goal-based talent acquisition setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and advise stakeholders using data and market insights.
  • Experience in driving process improvements and leveraging technology to enhance recruitment practices.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Determination and a focus on delivering results.
  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
