Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Driver: Design and execute targeted talent campaigns to attract top talent, write compelling job descriptions, and craft effective outreach messages to engage candidates.
  • Acquisition Specialist: Conduct high-volume phone calls to screen applicants, learn the intricacies of video interviewing and assessment centers, and ensure seamless candidate experiences.
  • Relationship Builder: Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, share market insights, and nurture lasting partnerships that drive business growth.
  • Community Champion: Welcome new employees, celebrate their successes, and foster a positive community through regular check-ins, icebreaker meetings, and events.
  • Problem Solver: Analyze requisition volumes, prioritize tasks, and propose creative solutions to keep delivery on track, leveraging troubleshooting frameworks and team expertise.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in a KPI-driven, people-focused role such as sales, customer service, event management, or leadership positions in retail or hospitality.
  • A genuine interest in building a long-term career in recruitment.
