About the Role

As a key member of our live events team, you'll work closely with senior event coordinators to plan, market, and deliver exciting live music experiences.

  • Supporting event delivery: Collaborate with senior coordinators to develop event plans, manage logistics, and oversee event execution.
  • Identifying opportunities: Recognize potential tour or event brands and strengthen relationships with artists and agents.
  • Generating ideas: Contribute creative concepts for event formats, lineups, premium experiences, and marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinating logistics: Work with artist teams and internal departments to meet event requirements.
  • Tracking sales: Monitor ticket performance, identify trends, and take action to maximize results.
  • Onsite presence: Be present at shows to troubleshoot, liaise with artists, and support operations.
  • Building relationships: Maintain strong connections with stakeholders locally, nationally, and internationally.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering live music events, a passion for the industry, and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement event strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute events from concept to delivery.
  3. Provide exceptional customer service to artists, agents, and other stakeholders.
  4. Manage event budgets and ensure efficient use of resources.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve event quality.
