A dynamic and experienced Events Coordinator is required to manage the scheduling of audio, video, and lighting staff for all events. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and experience in a fast-paced live events environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling full-time and casual staff across audio, video, and lighting for all events.
  • Coordinating all aspects of crew requirements, from prepping/de-prepping, bump ins/setups, show operates, through to bump outs/packdowns.
  • Sourcing and inducting new casual staff and expanding our crew family.
  • Keeping staff updated on company policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the team in the warehouse or on-site as needed.
Requirements:
  • A motivated, adaptable, and highly organized individual with a solid understanding of professional audio-visual environments.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a crewing or operations position.
  • Good computer skills and proficiency in software such as CrewCard or Personnel Manager.
  • A valid driver's license, forklift certification, and/or WHS qualification are advantageous.
