Dynamic Live Music Event Coordinator

Live music is a dynamic and ever-evolving industry, with new challenges and opportunities emerging every day. We are seeking an ambitious and driven individual to join our team as a Junior Promoter.

This role offers the chance to work closely with senior promoters to plan, market and deliver incredible live music experiences. You will be responsible for supporting event delivery, identifying potential tours or event brands, contributing creative concepts for event formats, lineups, premium experiences and marketing initiatives, coordinating logistics, tracking sales, being onsite at shows to troubleshoot, liaise with artists and support operations, and building relationships with stakeholders locally, nationally and internationally.

We are looking for someone with proven event experience, a passion for the industry, and the ability to juggle multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as a proactive approach to challenges. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting Event Delivery: Work alongside senior promoters to plan, budget and deliver tours and live events.
  • Identifying Opportunities: Identify potential tours or event brands and strengthen our relationships with agents.
  • Contributing Ideas: Bring creative concepts for event formats, lineups, premium experiences and marketing initiatives to the table.
  • Coordinating Logistics: Work with artist teams and internal departments to meet event requirements.
  • Tracking Sales: Monitor ticket performance, identify trends and take action to maximise results.
  • Onsite Presence: Be on the ground at shows to troubleshoot, liaise with artists and support operations.
  • Building Relationships: Maintain strong connections with stakeholders locally, nationally and internationally.
