Job Title: Conference Operations Expert

About You
  • You hold a valid working visa for Australia with prior experience in event operations.
  • You have or can obtain an approved Manager's Card.
  • You possess a strong understanding of the hospitality industry.
Your Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for overseeing conference logistics, ensuring seamless event delivery, and managing costs effectively.
  • You will identify trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance our services.
  • You will focus on delivering exceptional guest satisfaction and fostering a positive atmosphere among attendees.
  • You will lead the Events Team, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their objectives.
  • You will be a team player, willing to assist other departments as needed.
