- Strong background in sales, business development, or client management, preferably with healthcare exposure.
- Able to build rapport and foster lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
- Fast learner with a solid understanding of healthcare recruitment knowledge and best practices.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or recruitment platforms.
