Key Responsibilities
  • Win New Business: Grow your client base through strategic outreach and relationship development within the nursing and healthcare sectors.
  • End-to-end Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding healthcare professionals, including nurses and allied health staff.
  • Premium Experience: Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates at every stage, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for healthcare roles.
  • Trusted Advisor: Build long-term, value-driven relationships with healthcare clients and candidates.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Utilize multiple sourcing strategies—job boards, social media, events, networking—to connect with top healthcare talent.
  • Industry Insights: Stay informed on healthcare workforce trends, nursing shortages, and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance.
  • Safety and Excellence: Promote safe work practices and deliver service excellence in the healthcare environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A strong background in sales, business development, or client management—with healthcare exposure being an asset.
  • The ability to build rapport and foster lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Fast learner with a solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of healthcare recruitment knowledge and best practices.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or recruitment platforms.
  • An unrestricted driver's license and willingness to travel across your region.
