Job Title: Healthcare Recruitment Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Healthcare Recruitment Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in the healthcare sector.

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and screen candidates for healthcare roles, ensuring they meet the required qualifications and experience.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Use various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to connect with top healthcare talent.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, using this knowledge to provide expert guidance and advice to clients and candidates.
  • Promote safe work practices and deliver excellent customer service in the healthcare environment.

Requirements:

  • A strong background in sales, business development, or client management, preferably with healthcare exposure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster lasting relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Fast learner with a solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of healthcare recruitment knowledge and best practices.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or recruitment platforms.
  • Unrestricted driver's licence and willingness to travel across your region.
