About the Role

  • Premium Service: Deliver exceptional service to clients and candidates at every stage, ensuring a seamless recruitment experience for healthcare roles.
  • Long-term Relationships: Build lasting value-driven relationships with healthcare clients and candidates.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Utilize multiple sourcing strategies—job boards, social media, events, networking—to connect with top healthcare talent.
  • Industry Expertise: Stay informed on healthcare workforce trends, nursing shortages, and regulatory changes to provide expert guidance.
  • Safety and Excellence: Promote safe work practices and deliver with service excellence in the healthcare environment.
Requirements
  • A strong background in sales, business development, or client management—healthcare exposure a bonus.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and foster lasting relationships with healthcare professionals and clients.
  • Fast learner with a solid understanding (or willingness to learn) of healthcare recruitment knowledge and best practices.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or recruitment platforms.
  • Unrestricted Driver's Licence and willingness to travel across your region.
