Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Desktop Support Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our End User Services Team, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive 2nd and 3rd level support for all desktop services, including remote sites and Mac OS environments.

You will manage logged incidents and service requests to consistently meet agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA) objectives. This includes ensuring swift and effective restoration of desktop services, minimizing any adverse impact on business operations.

In this role, you will proactively identify, diagnose, document, and resolve desktop problems before they cause system incidents. You will also perform routine checks of IT infrastructure performance and alerts to maintain system health.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive 2nd and 3rd level support for all desktop services
  • Manage logged incidents and service requests
  • Ensure swift and effective restoration of desktop services
  • Proactively identify and resolve desktop problems
  • Perform routine checks of IT infrastructure performance
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

Technical Requirements:

  • Strong experience with Windows 10 and 11 setup, administration, and troubleshooting
  • Proficient in user management within Active Directory and Microsoft Office 365 Administration
  • Experience managing Cisco Call Manager/UCM and Video Conferencing
  • Familiarity with LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi technologies
