We are seeking an experienced desktop engineer with a strong background in IT support and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing first and second-level technical support for desktop-related issues
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software components on desktops and laptops
- Collaborating with end-users to resolve technical issues efficiently
- Performing routine maintenance tasks including updates, patches, and system upgrades
- Ensuring desktop security compliance with company policies and standards
- Working closely with IT teams for seamless desktop integration with other infrastructure components
- Taking calls as needed
- Active government security clearance with the ability to obtain high-level clearance
- Proven experience as a desktop engineer or similar role
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and willingness to seek assistance when needed
