Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Community Partnerships team. This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and results-driven individual to contribute to the success of our community initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with experience in community or recreation program delivery. They will have a proven track record of building high-performing teams and achieving strategic goals.

This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively with diverse groups.

The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously. They will also have a solid understanding of sporting and recreation trends, as well as the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 3 years' experience in community or recreation program delivery
  • Proven leadership experience and the ability to build a motivated, high-performing team
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • A solid understanding of sporting and recreation trends
  • Tertiary qualifications in Community Development, Recreation, Social Science or similar
Benefits
  • Cash salary of $98,805 – $114,945 per annum, depending on experience
