Community Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Community Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our communities.

As a Community Development Specialist, you will be responsible for leading large-scale community development projects from concept to delivery. This will involve working closely with stakeholders, authorities, and internal partners to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading diverse projects from acquisition through delivery, managing complex stakeholder relationships and driving project outcomes;
  • Developing and implementing product strategies that balance commercial success with community needs;
  • Mentoring junior team members and contributing to knowledge sharing across the organization;
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance systems and processes;

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership and project management experience, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years' experience in property development or a related field;
  • Proven leadership and project management skills;
  • Strong commercial acumen and financial modelling skills;
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities;
  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field;
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
