Valuation Expert Job Description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our valuation team. This role will be based in Sydney and will involve working on various properties for different purposes, primarily insurance and financial reporting.

This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. We count on you to apply your advanced knowledge to undertake valuations, manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and effectively manage your time.

  • Apply advanced knowledge to undertake valuations of various properties for different purposes, primarily insurance and financial reporting.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while effectively managing your time.
  • Travel intrastate, nationally, and internationally to support key client commitments.
  • Demonstrate strong client relationship management skills and provide expert advice on valuation approaches and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • AAPI with CPV qualification.
  • 1-5 years of experience (post registration) in performing valuations.
  • Experience with insurance and financial reporting valuations is highly desirable.
  • Growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Logical, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
