Health Access Specialist

The Senior Health Access Coordinator is responsible for planning, developing and implementing partnership initiatives to improve access to health services and outcomes for refugees and migrant populations. This role coordinates operational management of a team of health professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead programs improving refugee and migrant health access.
- Develop and drive health access strategies across the region.
- Manage and inspire a dedicated health access team.
- Qualification: Graduate level or above in a health discipline.
- License: Current driver's license valid within Australia.
- Proven leadership ability with experience in managing staff and providing project support.
- Extensive knowledge of health issues affecting refugee and migrant populations.
- Strong consultation and negotiation skills with stakeholders.
- Ability to design, develop, deliver and evaluate health related projects and studies.
- Collaborative work environment.
