
Employee Relations Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Employee Relations Specialist in our Community Services team.
In this dynamic position, you will play a vital role in managing and resolving complex employee relations matters, ensuring employment policies and procedures are followed, and providing expert advice across all aspects of employment and industrial relations.
As an Employee Relations Specialist, you will make a positive impact by:
Providing timely and expert advice on employee and industrial relations matters
Managing complex grievance and disciplinary investigations to ensure compliance
SUPPORTING ENTERPRISE AGREEMENT NEGOTIATIONS AND GOVERNANCE PROCESSES
Representing us in employment-related tribunals and mediations
Collaborating with operational leaders across sites and contracts
Monitoring ER/IR activities and reporting via business updates
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in employment/industrial relations in a multi-site or complex environment, practical experience with award/agreement interpretation and negotiation, knowledge of the Federal Industrial Relations framework and Fair Work legislation, and exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

Requirements:
