Senior Education Specialist

We seek an accomplished Senior Education Specialist to lead our Vocational Education and Training (VET) efforts.

  • The ideal candidate will drive the development and implementation of VET pathways, working closely with registered training organisations (RTOs) to meet national standards.

The successful applicant must have experience in leading and managing staff, supporting the goals and values of education, and implementing sound pedagogical practices to create a motivating learning environment.

Key responsibilities include analysing student learning data, ensuring continuous learning growth for all students, and fostering collaboration within a dynamic professional learning community.

Additionally, the incumbent will be expected to leverage technology effectively to enhance student learning.

Requirements
  • A suitable qualification to lead VET, aligning with the vision, mission, and values of education.
  • Experience in managing safe and supportive learning environments, promoting positive student welfare practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, leveraging technology to support student success.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to reflect on student learning data and implement effective solutions.
