
Sales and Administrative Specialist

Our team is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join us as a full-time, permanent Sales Support Officer.
This is a varied role that will see you as the first point of contact for our clients and supporting our agents with:
- Banking & purchasing support
- Reporting and reconciling accounts
- Creating marketing collateral for new listings
- Preparing contracts
You will be provided with the tools necessary to take clients through the end-to-end sales process and supported to learn and grow your career in the Real Estate industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing leads pipeline and database prospecting
- Providing administrative support to leading sales agents
- Assisting with sales listings and ensuring smooth sales campaigns
- Responding to phone and email enquiries, scheduling home appraisals and open homes
- Preparing and developing advertising material, contracts, and information memorandums
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Previous administrative experience in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to providing a high level of customer service
- Creative flair, both written and content design, with an interest in the Real Estate industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft office suite, strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative and results-focussed working environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritise, plan, and meet deadlines
- Passion to positively drive change for both your clients and your community
