This is a permanent, full-time position located across our Mossman & Port Douglas branches. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.
Your Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service and possess:
- Experience in customer service environments and the ability to achieve targets.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
- Confidence to communicate effectively with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
- Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different.
- Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
- Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.
