This is a permanent, full-time position located across our Mossman & Port Douglas branches. The roster is 76 hours per fortnight.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll consistently deliver exceptional customer service and possess:

  1. Experience in customer service environments and the ability to achieve targets.
  2. Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset.
  3. Confidence to communicate effectively with new and existing customers face-to-face and over the phone.
  4. Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different.
  5. Drive for collaboration - mateship is crucial for us to work together and achieve our goals.
  6. Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential.
