About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Operations Manager to join our team at Edge Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Main point of contact for tenants on all service and building operations matters;
  • Manage interface with facilities maintenance teams and contractors;
  • Identify areas of risk and opportunity in relation to maintenance and capital works, developing and implementing plans to achieve commercial targets and optimise lifecycle cost of facilities;
  • Support delivery of Asset Business Plans and strategic initiatives;
  • Communicate and embed Operations and Environmental initiatives;

The successful candidate will have a strong background in property management, with a minimum of 5 years experience in facilities or property management. A qualification in Facilities Management or a related field is also required.
