About the Role

Mondelēz International is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Operations Coordinator to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating the efficient and accurate preparation of all outbound shipping paperwork for local and international freight.

Key Responsibilities

  • The planning and scheduling of docks for all outbound loads and outbound shipments to staging lanes.
  • Releasing orders for manual full pallet picking (customer orders and co-packing).
  • Partnering with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient scheduling, delivery, and pickup of containers and trucked loads.
  • Providing ad hoc administrative support to internal warehouse teams.

Requirements

  • Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with demonstrated knowledge of logistics and distribution centre operations.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal), with impeccable attention to detail.
  • The ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
  • A can-do attitude, taking a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • A safety-first approach.
  • A passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP (EWM – advantageous).

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $70,000 - $90,000, depending on experience.
