The Company Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the supply chain and logistics functions across our operations. This role will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence, improve productivity, and drive cost savings.

Job Summary

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading a cross-functional team to develop and implement strategies that improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with senior leadership to align operations with business objectives and drive growth.
  • Developing and managing budgets, forecasts, and reports to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Implementing process improvements, lean principles, and Six Sigma methodologies to drive continuous improvement.
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including production, quality, and maintenance teams.
  • Maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, and quality management systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in operations management, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving operational excellence, improving productivity, and driving cost savings.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Benefits and Remuneration

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include:
