About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Planner to join our team at PACT Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our supply chain processes.

Job Summary:

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for demand planning and inventory management
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our supply chain operations
  • Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Forecasting and Planning: Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for demand planning and inventory management, taking into account historical data, market trends, and other relevant factors.
  2. Supplier Management: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products, negotiating contracts and managing relationships as needed.
  3. Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in our supply chain operations, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  4. Process Improvement: Implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and productivity, streamlining workflows and reducing waste wherever possible.

Your Skills and Experience:

  • A strong understanding of supply chain principles and practices, including forecasting, inventory management, and supplier relationship management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Proven experience working in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as supply chain management, business administration, or logistics.
