Job Title:

Fulfillment Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fulfillment Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing the fulfillment process, ensuring that orders are processed efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking, packing, and labeling online orders for dispatch to customers
  • Quality checking all items thoroughly before dispatch
  • Communicating effectively with various stakeholders within the eCommerce and Warehouse teams
  • Monitoring and recording stock discrepancies in stores and implementing the correct stock adjustment process to avoid further oversells online
  • Reporting on the number of discrepancies each week/month to highlight any patterns
  • Managing and distributing packaging collateral for store teams
  • Assisting with checking, tagging, and sorting stock

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Online Fulfilment/Stock Supervisor
