We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Coordinator to join our Operations team. This is a hands-on, onsite role focused on ensuring the smooth execution of hardware inventory processes. You'll be supporting daily operations, managing logistics, and helping to scale our systems as we continue to grow.

This role involves working closely with internal stakeholders, coordinating with delivery drivers, tracking inventory inflows and outflows, maintaining accurate records, and performing rolling stocktakes and cycle counts. You will also work with Sales and Operations teams to ensure inventory meets forecasted demand and support improvements to inventory management systems.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and administrative skills, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to doing the little things right. They will be comfortable with occasional physical work, have clear communication skills, and be willing to learn platforms like Shopify and Netsuite.

A background in logistics, warehousing, procurement, or operations is a plus, but not required. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, be proactive, and have a growth mindset aligned with our core values.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Fulfilling hardware orders in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner
  • Preparing and staging hardware for shipping
  • Reorganizing stock in the office to accommodate new shipments and optimize space
  • Coordinating with delivery drivers for receiving large hardware deliveries
  • Tracking inventory inflows, outflows, and stock levels with accuracy and consistency
  • Maintaining fulfillment records and providing regular updates to the team

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with Shopify, NetSuite, or other inventory management systems, experience working with 3PLs or external fulfillment partners, knowledge of basic stocktaking processes and cycle count methods, understanding of shipping and delivery coordination, and experience in a startup or high-growth tech environment are also highly valued.
